Maintenance Therapy

main·te·nance
noun: maintenance
  1. 1.
the process of maintaining or preserving someone or something, or the state of being maintained.

Why is maintenance therapy so important? It is becomming more frequent that a decline in one's mobility or balance can lead to the difficult decision to have to leave your home for a facility with a higher level of care. The costs for these facilities can be staggering. Also the fact that you can no longer live at home, independent, can be a tremendous blow to a person.

Maintenanace therapy attempts to help one maintain or slow the progression of decline in one's mobility and strength as they age, either due to medical issues, or from the aging process. With our maintenance therapy you get the supervision and skills of a physical therapist to help setup a program designed to maintain your current strength, balance, and mobiltiy.

We can provide maintenance therapy in your home, an assisted living facility, or an independent living facility. Please contact us about setting up a consultation to determine if maintenance therapy is right for you!
