Private Pay for Services

We want to make it simple and affordable. House Call PT of Rochester offers physical therapy services for private pay, meaning no insurance claims are submitted.

This option is available for the following:

• For any plan we are not in network with, and has no out of network benefits.
• Those with no health insurance.
• Have used up your existing physical therapy benefits*

*For example, if you have Excellus insurance and receive 30 PT visits per year, and have used them all up, you may then private pay with us. Or if you have Medicare and have reached your yearly cap then you may private pay with us.
