We are hiring for the following postion:

Physical Therapist

   We have a part time position, with the potential to grow into full time if desired, available for a NYS licensed Physical Therapist. A minimum of 3 years employment experience is required. Must have valid NYS drivers license and supply own vehicle. We offer competitive pay with mileage reimbursement, and annual continuing education reimbursement.

   Our therapy services are provided on an outpatient basis in the patient's home, using SOAP note format. We use a cloud based EMR system that is mobile, and we supply a smartphone plus a laptop for mobile access.
